30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Master Course Purchases

If you purchase the Tax Pro Master Course, the Immigration Master Class, or the Bundle of both, you have 30 days from the purchase date to request a full refund for any reason.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your Stripe order number (it is in your purchase confirmation email)
3. We process the refund within 5 business days
4. The full purchase price is refunded to your original payment method (typically lands in 3 to 7 additional business days)

What is not refundable

• Tax preparation services after the return has been e-filed or transmitted
• ITIN W-7 services after USCIS has received the application
• Immigration intake services after we have begun preparing the case beyond the consultation
• Real estate brokerage services after a contract has been signed
• Master Course refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase

What about the bonuses I downloaded?

You may keep any digital files (PDF, DOCX, templates) you have already received. We do not require their return. The refund policy is built around trust, not surveillance. We only ask that you not redistribute the materials.

Bilingual delivery and update emails

If you refund, we stop sending you Kreyòl volume updates and annual revisions. The materials you already have are yours.

Stripe receipt is your proof of purchase

All Master Course purchases are processed by Stripe. Your card statement and Stripe receipt are your proof of purchase. We never see your card number.
